This chocolate carry well his name, ''Revien'y'' (typical Norman expression) which means "come back to it". Elaborated with a base of fresh cream, seasoned with Calvados liquor, a blend of three chocolates are necessary to obtain its tropical flavor : a 57% cocoa dark chocolate, a 36% milk chocolate, a 72% chocolat for the cover, all wrapped up in a powder chocolate.
